US Avcon Delivers First Mosquito-Control Modified B200 Aircraft

The aircraft is currently in the post-delivery operational transition phase, with no public records of formal mosquito-control missions yet.

The modification builds on existing liquid spray technology, adding a removable external pod under the fuselage and integrating equipment such as an electric pump, aerodynamic fairing, and spray booms, enabling the King Air B200 to perform aerial liquid spraying for large-scale mosquito management.
