The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the upgrading and development of infrastructure in Brazil's ports, airports, and waterway dredging sectors, exploring new pathways for China-Brazil infrastructure market cooperation and jointly advancing the deep strategic alignment between the Belt and Road Initiative and Brazil's "Accelerated Growth Program." Gao Wang, Brazil's Ambassador to China, along with He Yu and Zhou Aijun, Deputy General Managers of the Overseas Engineering Branch, accompanied the meeting.

Shi Yingtao extended a warm welcome to Tomé Franca and expressed gratitude for the long-standing support of the Ministry of Ports and Airports for CCCC's business development in Brazil. He noted that, leveraging a mature and comprehensive localization system, CCCC has developed core competitive advantages in resource coordination, local collaborative development, and full-industry-chain integration, and has accumulated extensive project experience and a strong brand reputation in Brazil's infrastructure market. He expressed the hope that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to further deepen regular communication and coordination with Brazil's Ministry of Ports and Airports, promoting complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and shared development between the two sides.

The Acting National Secretary for Port Affairs of Brazil's Ministry of Ports and Airports, the Director of the Office of International Affairs Advisors, the Director of the Office of Special Advisors for Press and Communications, as well as representatives from the Brazilian Embassy in China and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), attended the meeting.
