After meticulous planning and continuous efforts, the pneumatic pressure tests for the first three test packages of the project passed on the first attempt, and the project's pipeline construction gradually shifted from the installation peak to the pressure testing phase.

Pressure testing is a critical procedure for verifying the installation quality and pressure-bearing capacity of pipeline systems, and pneumatic pressure testing in particular features high risk, stringent requirements, and strong coordination demands. To ensure the safe and orderly progress of the pressure testing work, the project team prepared a pneumatic pressure testing plan in advance, specifying the test medium, pressure levels, holding time, and acceptance criteria, and completed the calibration of pressure gauges and safety valves used in the tests in strict accordance with design drawings and standard specifications.

During the pressure testing process, operators strictly followed the operating procedure of "pressurization—holding—inspection—depressurization," gradually increasing pressure in stages, holding at the test pressure for inspection, and then reducing to the design pressure for detailed leak detection. Every step ensured traceable data and guaranteed quality. Throughout the testing, technical personnel provided full-time on-site supervision and guidance, promptly coordinating and resolving issues such as abnormal pressurization and point-source leaks, ultimately ensuring that the pneumatic pressure tests for all three test packages succeeded on the first attempt, with no leaks or visible deformation at any weld or connection, and all indicators fully meeting specification requirements.
The completion of the pressure tests for the first three test packages not only effectively validated the quality of pipeline installation work but also accumulated valuable experience and streamlined the workflow for subsequent large-scale pressure testing operations.
