en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, the air dynamics field test for Unit 7 of the Huainan Luohe Power Plant Phase IV 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical double reheat coal-fired project, undertaken by China Energy Engineering Construction Group, was successfully completed. With the stable operation of the six major fans and all parameters meeting requirements, the installation and commissioning quality of the Unit 7 boiler combustion system has passed a comprehensive inspection, pressing the "fast-forward button" for the unit's ignition, pipe blowing, and overall startup.

The air dynamics field test is a crucial "full-body checkup" before the boiler is put into operation, directly affecting the operational performance of the air and flue gas system, pulverizing system, and combustion equipment. This test focused on primary air balancing, secondary air flow calibration, damper characteristics, uniformity of burner outlet air velocity, and in-furnace airflow organization, conducting item-by-item verification of air flow distribution across each layer and corner of the boiler as well as the furnace aerodynamic conditions. During the test, all system equipment operated stably, and all relevant parameters met design and specification requirements. The test results were unanimously recognized by the owner, general contractor, and supervision units.

During the preparation phase, the project department held multiple special review meetings, organizing engineering, technical quality, and various professional and subcontracting teams to systematically sort out remaining works, valve handover and adjustment, and measurement point commissioning involved in the test. The test plan, task assignments, and operation sequence were finalized one by one, and comprehensive technical and safety briefings were conducted for all participating personnel, ensuring that everyone understood their responsibilities and that all links were seamlessly connected. Before the test, the project department, together with the owner, general contractor, supervision units, and equipment manufacturers, conducted a thorough inspection of the air and flue gas system, pulverizing system, burners, dampers, and measuring devices, promptly identifying and rectifying any issues with closed-loop resolution to ensure the system was put into the test in a fully prepared state.

During the test, all units worked in close coordination. Commissioning personnel closely monitored fan operating conditions and parameter changes throughout the process, carefully carried out data measurement, recording, and analysis, and dynamically optimized air flow distribution and equipment status based on test results. With the smooth startup of the six major fans, the burner outlet air velocity and in-furnace airflow organization all met design requirements, and the entire test process was safe, orderly, and completed in one go.

The successful completion of this air dynamics field test is both a concentrated review of the installation and commissioning quality of the Unit 7 boiler and a reflection of the project team's collaborative spirit and pursuit of excellence. From the completion of pre-furnace alkaline cleaning and boiler acid cleaning to the successful conclusion of the air dynamics field test, the project department has been advancing steadily toward the commissioning goal with the labor competition as a driving force. Next, the project department will continue to anchor on milestones, overcome difficulties, and push forward with high-quality follow-up commissioning work, making every effort to ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient commissioning of Unit 7.
