en.Wedoany.com Reported - UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS will exhibit nine new machines at IMTS 2026, several of which are world premieres or show debuts. These machines cover surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, tool grinding, EDM, and five-axis milling, from brands including BLOHM, STUDER, WALTER, AGIE CHARMILLES, and MIKRON MILL. The histories of these high-precision machining brands under the group date back decades or even more than a century.

BLOHM will present the world premiere of the PROFIMAT MC5. This five-axis grinding machine features a compact design, targeting advanced profile grinding and creep-feed grinding, with a high-precision, heavy-duty construction. The STUDER S23 cylindrical grinding machine makes its IMTS debut. It will be exhibited with the "Made In America" flexLoad automation cell to demonstrate how automated configurations boost productivity, with a design that balances price and performance while supporting quick changeovers and complex applications.

The WALTER booth features three IMTS debuts. The VISION LASER is a laser processing machine developed on the HELITRONIC platform for ultra-precision machining of PCD, CVDm MKD, and carbide, offering higher speed and completely consumable-free operation. Automated Tool Production (ATP) is a modular robotic system designed specifically for WALTER tool grinding, eroding, and measuring, which increases production efficiency through automatic transfer between pallets and machining stations, achieving greater throughput without additional manpower. Additionally, a new HELITRONIC tool grinder will debut as a world premiere, with details withheld until the show; its unveiling location is IMTS North Hall, Booth 236802.

AGIE CHARMILLES will showcase three products. The CUT E 600 PRIME is a limited-time configuration of the best-selling CUT E wire EDM machine, making its IMTS debut, focused on rapid return on investment. The FORM F 450 die-sinking EDM machine is a world premiere, as the latest addition to the popular FORM series, delivering the repeatability and performance AGIE CHARMILLES customers need while flexibly adapting to a wide range of applications. The CUT P 600 is also a world premiere, as the latest model in the high-end FORM product line, with the 600-series configuration designed to offer the lowest piece cost and highest machine utilization of any machine in the cavity machining category.

MIKRON MILL's MILL E 700 U PRIME makes its IMTS debut. This limited-time configuration five-axis milling machine is equipped with a STEP TEC spindle and is automation-ready, with the configuration focused on rapid return on investment.

In the UNITED GRINDING area, the STUDER S33, S41, and S131r will be showcased together. MÄGERLE will exhibit the MFP 30 five-axis multi-functional grinding center, which can perform milling, drilling, grinding, and probing in a single clamping, targeting demanding aerospace applications. WALTER will exhibit the HELITRONIC MICRO and HELICHECK NANO for the micro-tool market, as well as the HELITRONIC POWER DIAMOND 400, which can perform both grinding and eroding on the same machine.

The UNITED MACHINING area will feature the MIKRON MILL S 600U five-axis milling machine in a fully automated configuration, equipped with a SYSTEM 3R Work Partner 1+ automation cell that feeds this milling machine and the aforementioned AGIE CHARMILLES FORM F 450. The CHARMILLES laser group will also showcase the LASER S500.
