Komatsu Launches 7-Ton PC75-10M0 Hydraulic Excavator for Southeast Asia

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 10, Komatsu announced the start of sales of the 7-ton PC75-10M0 hydraulic excavator for the Southeast Asian market. The model was developed under the leadership of Komatsu India Private Limited and is manufactured in India. It will be introduced to Southeast Asian countries sequentially starting from the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, and is also the first hydraulic excavator product to be developed under the leadership of Komatsu India.

The PC75-10M0 was developed in parallel with the PC81-10M0 for the Indian market and is the third product in Komatsu's CE series. The machine reconfigures the engine, hydraulic system, working equipment, and cab based on the PC71-7. The Southeast Asian main specifications adopt a new engine with increased engine output, while the hydraulic system and working equipment matching have been adjusted.

In terms of working equipment, the PC75-10M0 has a maximum applicable bucket capacity of 0.35 m³, with a standard configuration of a 3.71 m boom and a 1.65 m arm, a maximum digging height of 7,040 mm, and a maximum digging radius of 6,350 mm. Depending on the sales country, construction environment, and application, it can also be configured with a dozer blade, attachment hydraulic lines, widened track shoes, and a long arm, for operations such as road construction, land development, agriculture, forestry, and equipment rental.

The machine features a redesigned cab and is equipped with a 7-inch color monitor for displaying machine operating status and daily inspection information. Depending on the configuration, air conditioning, Bluetooth, USB ports, and a 24V power supply are also available. The maintenance system has adjusted the service access positions for the fuel filter and engine oil filter, and is equipped with a battery disconnect switch; ROPS cab is available for certain market specifications.

The development, production, and procurement systems for the PC75-10M0 are all handled by Komatsu India. Komatsu is currently using its Indian base for the development of construction machinery products for both the Indian domestic market and the Southeast Asian region, and this new model has now entered the sales stage in the Southeast Asian market.
