Wedoany.com Report-Jun 23, John Wood Group PLC, from Aberdeen, U.K., and Tendrill International Sdn. Bhd have won a five-year contract from Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd (BSP) for brownfield engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, with an option for a two-year extension.

The TendrillWood joint venture will manage end-to-end EPC projects, from design to commissioning, for BSP’s offshore and onshore facilities in Brunei Darussalam. As the nation’s top oil and gas producer, BSP significantly contributes to Brunei’s energy output.

Formed in 2023, TendrillWood employs about 1,000 people, 70% of whom are Bruneian, and will focus on developing local talent and the supply chain under this agreement.
