en.Wedoany.com Reported - Wirtgen Group has announced that it will present three construction machines to the market for the first time at the Asphaltica 2026 exhibition, to be held from October 7 to 10 in Bologna, Italy. These are the Vögele SUPER 800-5 P mini paver, the Hamm HC 200i C VA single-drum roller, and the Kleemann MR 100i NEOe mobile impact crusher. The display covers road paving, compaction, aggregate processing, and construction material recycling.

The SUPER 800-5 P is Vögele's fifth-generation Mini Class tracked paver. It can be paired with the AB 200 and AB 220 extending screeds, offers a paving width of 0.5–3.5 m, and has a maximum paving capacity of approximately 300 t/h. The machine is equipped with a 5.8-tonne hopper, the ErgoBasic 5 operating system, and a redesigned hopper structure. The hopper side plates can be adjusted asymmetrically on each side, making it suitable for bicycle lanes, narrow roads, and small municipal construction projects. Its engine has a rated power of 55.4 kW, and the maximum paving speed is 30 m/min.

The Hamm HC 200i C VA roller features a VA variable-amplitude drum. Its operating weight with cab is approximately 20.07 tonnes, its maximum operating weight is approximately 20.72 tonnes, its drum width is 2,140 mm, and it is powered by a 160 kW DEUTZ TCD 6.1 L6 engine. The machine is equipped with the HAMMTRONIC control system and can be combined with digital compaction technology for earthworks and road base construction.

The Kleemann MR 100i NEOe mobile impact crusher uses the all-electric E-DRIVE drive and can be operated via an external power source. It is used for crushing soft to medium-hard natural stone as well as concrete, mixed construction waste, and recycled asphalt. With its compact structure and low transport weight, it can be relocated between quarrying, construction waste recycling, and road recycled material processing applications.

Also on display will be the WRC 240 X wheeled rock crusher, with a maximum processing capacity of up to 600 t/h, capable of handling rock, block paving layers, concrete fragments, and cobblestones; and the W 200 Fi large milling machine, with a maximum milling width of 2 m and a maximum milling depth of 330 mm, equipped with Mill Assist and a construction data recording system.

The group's asphalt equipment brand will also present the MULTI JET multi-fuel burner and its associated control system. The system can use up to 100% green hydrogen for the drying and heating of virgin asphalt aggregates and recycled asphalt materials, while also being compatible with fuels such as hydrogen, natural gas, liquefied gas, fuel oil, coal dust, and wood dust. The associated hydrogen supply system can reduce hydrogen pressure from 350 bar to approximately 1.3 barA required by the burner.

The Realtime Density Scan real-time density scanning system will also be demonstrated during the exhibition. It can measure density data across the entire paving surface in real time during asphalt compaction operations and is used in conjunction with the Smart Compact Pro automatic compaction system and the John Deere Operations Center construction equipment management platform.
