The contract has been formally signed and taken effect, constituting a major contract in the ordinary course of business for Aoni Intelligent.

The primary procurement subject of this contract is GPU computing cards. The specific name of the counterparty and certain contract terms involve trade secrets, and Aoni Electronics has been granted an exemption from disclosing them in accordance with the confidentiality agreement between the parties and relevant information disclosure regulations. According to the announcement, Company B is a legally existing enterprise operating normally, with corresponding credit standing and performance capability, and has no affiliated relationship with Aoni Electronics.
