en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 23, Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. signed technical cooperation agreements with SEW China and Inovance Technology respectively. The cooperation directions focus on the joint development of transmission systems for high-end crane equipment, as well as industrial automation, digitalization, and new product testing. Both signing ceremonies were held at the Henan Mine Intelligent Industrial Park.

The cooperation between Henan Mine and SEW China focuses on complete transmission solutions for high-end equipment. The two parties plan to carry out joint R&D around the core transmission links of high-end crane equipment, integrating SEW's products and technologies in motors, reducers, drives, and transmission systems with Henan Mine's crane equipment design and manufacturing system for collaborative development. The cooperation directly targets the core transmission system of cranes rather than mere equipment procurement.

The agreement signed between Henan Mine and Inovance Technology is a strategic cooperation agreement for joint technical R&D and new product testing, covering industrial automation, digitalization, and intelligent upgrading. The two parties will subsequently carry out technical collaboration around crane equipment control, drives, automation systems, and new product testing, with a focus on crane equipment product iteration and intelligent control capability development.

Inovance Technology and Henan Mine already had a foundation for cooperation. In November 2024, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement covering core technology and product innovation. The signing on September 23 this time further extends to the level of "joint technical R&D + new product testing," with the cooperation content extending from framework-based collaboration to specific R&D and verification stages.

Henan Mine primarily engages in bridge cranes, gantry cranes, intelligent cranes, and material handling equipment, with its existing business covering R&D, design, manufacturing, and service. These two cooperation initiatives respectively target two core systems—mechanical transmission and automation control—and the joint R&D results subsequently formed will mainly serve high-end and intelligent crane equipment applications.
