China Chemical Sedin and Tianji Group Sign Agreement to Jointly Build a Key Technology R&D Project for New-Type Fertilizers

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, China Chemical Sedin and Tianji Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. officially signed the "Technical Cooperation and Development Agreement for the Key Technology and Equipment R&D Project for Producing Nitrophosphate-Based New-Type Fertilizers via Nitric Acid Decomposition of Phosphate Rock" in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The two parties will fully leverage their respective technological and resource advantages to carry out joint research on key technologies for nitrophosphate-based new-type fertilizers, jointly promoting technological innovation and green transformation and upgrading in the chemical fertilizer industry.

Zhao Zhejun, Party Secretary and General Manager of the Chemical Business Division of Lu'an Chemical Group, Gao Yuan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianji Coal Chemical Group, and Zhou Enli, Party Secretary and Chairman of Sedin, attended the signing ceremony and jointly witnessed the signing.

The two parties will carry out joint research and development in key technical directions including deep removal and resource utilization of acid-insoluble substances, freeze crystallization separation of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, and comprehensive utilization of nitrophosphate fertilizer by-products, striving to break through key technical bottlenecks constraining nitrophosphate fertilizer production, develop key process technologies and complete sets of specialized equipment for nitrophosphate-based new-type fertilizers with independent intellectual property rights, and actively promote industrial demonstration applications and technology dissemination, providing technical support for improving nitrophosphate fertilizer production efficiency, resource utilization level, and green manufacturing capability.

This signing marks that the cooperation between the two parties in the field of key technology R&D for new-type fertilizers has entered a stage of substantive implementation, and is also an important measure for Sedin to deepen technological innovation and expand the downstream industrial chain of nitric acid.
