The base represents a cumulative investment of approximately $40 million, covers 10.5 acres, and has existing manufacturing facilities exceeding 150,000 square feet. The commissioning ceremony was attended by Karel Havlíček, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. The company plans to increase the base's annual revenue to approximately $50 million through the expansion.

The manufacturing base is equipped with precision CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, advanced composite processing, aerostructure manufacturing and complex assembly facilities, with capabilities for both build-to-print and build-to-specification production. The existing manufacturing system has obtained AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality management certifications, as well as Nadcap accreditation for composites and welding processes. The new production line will undertake the manufacturing of complex aviation structural components, precision mechanical assemblies and related equipment.

In its drone manufacturing business, GAIPL plans to increase monthly output from the current approximately 25 units to 500 units over the next year. The company is currently developing 5 product lines, of which 2 drone product lines have entered mass production.

GAIPL announced a three-year investment plan totaling 1 billion rupees in 2025, of which approximately 750 million rupees has been invested to date, with the remaining investment expected to be completed by March 2027. The company's existing aviation business generates annual revenue of approximately $20 million, and it plans to achieve approximately 50% annual revenue growth over the next 3 to 5 years.

On the day of the new production line commissioning, GAIPL also signed 5 memoranda of understanding with Czech companies, covering cooperation areas including drone technology, firefighting solutions, heat-reflective coatings, drone traffic management systems and jet-powered drones. The agreements encompass technical cooperation, joint research and development, and potential manufacturing operations, with specific implementation to be determined through subsequent negotiations between the parties.
