On February 20, the press conference for the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (referred to as "COIFAIR") was held in Chengdu. President He Zhenwei attended the event, while Executive Deputy Secretary-general Jiang Yun presided over the press conference.

Approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the China Overseas Investment Fair, hosted by the China Overseas Development Association, has successfully been held for 14 editions. The 15th China Overseas Investment Fair is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 19, 2025, at the National Convention Center Phase II in Beijing. This year's COIFAIR upholds the concept of "China's Solutions, Shared by the World," with the theme of "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation, Jointly Achieving Common Development and Prosperity." The event is structured into six major sections: the opening ceremony and main forum, continents investment cooperation, seven in-depth sections of cooperation, technological innovation, overseas services, and the magnificent silk road. Over 40 activities will be planned in sectors such as energy, transportation, information and communication, digital intelligence, modern agriculture, urban construction, mining resources, healthcare, and finance. For the first time, The fair will also host the High-quality "Belt and Road" Cooperation Expo, China Sci-tech Innovation Shared by the World Exhibition, the Magnificent Silk Road Expo, showcasing the fruitful achievements of "Belt and Road" cooperation, with an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters-the largest in the Fair's history. The goal is to build a representative service platform for "Belt and Road" infrastructure and technological industry cooperation, continuously enhancing the influence of China’s overseas investment and cooperation.
