Ghose has extensive experience in the technology industry, having spent nearly three-quarters of her career at Microsoft. She served as the Managing Director of Microsoft India for two years, overseeing enterprise solutions and ecosystem partnerships in the region. During her 24-year tenure at Microsoft, she led multiple cross-regional projects covering areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Regarding her move to Anthropic, Ghose stated: "Anthropic's technological philosophy aligns closely with the Indian market's demand for trustworthy AI. I will drive the company to build a more open R&D system and strengthen collaborative innovation with local enterprises and research institutions."
