Wedoany.com Report on Feb 3rd, Recently, the site leveling for the processing area of the Shimenshan Green Mine Building Materials Demonstration Base Project in Hong'an County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, China, has been basically completed. The overall construction is planned to be finished by May 2026.

It is reported that this project is one of the key construction projects in Hong'an County, with a total investment reaching 288 million yuan. The mining area covers 476.1 mu. It will conduct open-pit mining of granitic gneiss for construction use, with proven reserves of approximately 33.3925 million tons. The designed annual mining scale is 1.8 million tons, and the expected service life is 19.1 years (including a 2-year construction period). The processing area covers 112.3 mu and integrates living and office spaces, stone processing, and deep processing of building materials. It will construct a daily production line of 10,000 tons of high-quality aggregate, an 8,000-square-meter deep processing workshop, a 1,400-square-meter living and office building, and comprehensive environmental protection supporting facilities.

Upon completion, the base will become a comprehensive demonstration park integrating mineral extraction, deep processing, and green building material production. It will not only strongly drive local economic development but also provide stable and environmentally friendly high-quality building materials for the eastern Hubei region, becoming an important regional supply base for green building materials.
