The architectural intervention revolves around a serviced architectural wall that connects the entrance hall, kitchen, and living room. This element centralizes storage and defines circulation, visually separating the rooms without enclosing them.
Its interior integrates an entrance niche for keys and everyday items, an umbrella stand that conceals the internal electrical panel, and an open breakfast area with shelves for the coffee machine, tableware, and a recycling zone.
The strategic placement of the solid part of the architectural wall also hides the clothes drying rack from the view of the living area, resolving an existing condition without altering the building facade.
The architectural wall is opened with two large holes, creating a sequence of fluid and bright spaces that visually connect the home from one side to the other. The ceramic frames surrounding them, with their texture and color, accentuate the transition and add vibrancy to the space, which is dominated by warm tones.
