Changes in Senior Management of SPIC Finance Holding Co., Ltd.

Wedoany.com Report on Feb 11th, SPIC Finance announced that the company held the 32nd meeting of its 7th Board of Directors on February 10, at which the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel" was reviewed and approved.

The Board of Directors recently received written resignation reports submitted by Mr. Sun Yanjun, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant; Mr. Wu Zhenjie, Deputy General Manager; Mr. Wu Ming, Deputy General Manager; and Mr. Sun Rui, Secretary to the Board of Directors. Mr. Sun Yanjun, Mr. Wu Zhenjie, Mr. Wu Ming, and Mr. Sun Rui resigned from their respective positions due to work adjustments. Their original terms were set to expire on the date the term of the 7th Board of Directors ends. After their resignation, these individuals will not hold any other positions within the company or its controlling subsidiaries.

Following qualification reviews by the Board Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Li Zhongzhe as Deputy General Manager, Ms. Li Tiezhi as Chief Accountant, Mr. He Xianhua as Deputy General Manager, Mr. Zou Jiamao as Deputy General Manager, Ms. Li Yingnan as Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Liu Wangtian as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Their terms will be effective from the date of the Board's approval until the expiration of the term of the 7th Board of Directors.
