Its technologies and products are widely applied in various fields, including domestic water supply, municipal wastewater, rural and township sewage, industrial wastewater, medical wastewater, oily wastewater, landfill leachate, and slaughterhouse wastewater.
The company’s independently developed nano ceramic membrane water treatment process and multifunctional series of integrated environmental protection equipment are listed as National Key Practical Environmental Protection Technologies and China’s First (Set) Major Technical Equipment. As a new type of nano ceramic membrane MBR process, it integrates advanced flat-sheet ceramic membrane materials with an innovative activated sludge wastewater treatment process, marking a significant breakthrough in the treatment of complex industrial and municipal wastewater. The company was the first in China to realize the large-scale application of flat-sheet ceramic membranes in the field of wastewater treatment, filling the domestic gap in ten-thousand-ton-scale wastewater treatment using nano ceramic membranes. Our environmental technologies and equipment are widely applied in both large-scale centralized and distributed wastewater treatment projects, with more than 300 engineering cases at home and abroad, and have been recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a “Municipal Utility Science and Technology Demonstration Project.”
Supported by strong technological capabilities, the company has built China’s first nano ceramic membrane industrialization base, covering an area of 120 mu. The base is equipped with advanced fully automated production lines for ceramic membrane materials, and has intelligent manufacturing capabilities for integrating and assembling various membrane material technologies. It boasts an annual production capacity of 400,000 square meters of ceramic membranes and 800 sets of high-end environmental protection equipment. The company also houses the Guangxi Innovation Center for Nano Ceramic Membrane Water Treatment Technology, which specializes in R&D of ceramic membrane materials and water quality testing. Within the base, there is an industrial wastewater treatment plant with a designed capacity of 20,000t/d, adopting core flat-sheet ceramic membrane technology, with effluent quality meeting Surface Water Class III standards.
The nano ceramic membrane industrial base enables the company to establish a complete technology-driven industrial chain, integrating “ceramic membrane material production + water treatment process R&D + intelligent environmental equipment manufacturing + engineering application + comprehensive services.” It addresses the critical issue of foreign technology bottlenecks in core material development and application, realizes the substitution of imported products, and creates an innovative development model for the entire chain—from membrane material R&D and production to industrial application—enhancing core competitiveness and shaping a new business model.
The company has introduced top-tier talents, including appointing Academician Peng Yongzhen of the Chinese Academy of Engineering as a specially invited expert. It has also established an industry-university-research base for the National Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Treatment and Resource Recovery of Urban Sewage. Academician Peng’s globally pioneering and internationally advanced AOA technology was first implemented by the company in the Phase II project of the Cengxi Wastewater Treatment Plant (30,000t/d) in Guangxi, significantly improving the local living environment and contributing to regional economic and social development.
