Product Overview:

The MT-Pro series integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts the advanced MBR process, combining membrane filtration with biochemical treatment. It features a small footprint, high effluent quality, and a high degree of intelligence, suitable for treating decentralized small-scale sewage from villages, hospitals, public toilets, independent villas, tourist attractions, odorous rivers, emergency wastewater, and industrial enterprise wastewater. Utilizing inorganic nano-ceramic membrane filtration, it achieves separation of sludge age and hydraulic retention time, resulting in high sludge concentration and excellent effluent quality. The effluent consistently surpasses Class A standards (COD < 30 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen < 1 mg/L, TP < 0.5 mg/L, TN < 10 mg/L, SS < 1 mg/L), enabling reclaimed water reuse. The inorganic membrane has a lifespan of 10~15 years, 2~3 times longer than organic membranes, reducing membrane replacement costs. Additionally, inorganic membranes offer superior anti-fouling performance and chemical stability, with lower operating costs compared to organic membranes.
