Product Introduction

The rotary low-pressure pulse jet dust collector is a high-efficiency bag dust collector independently developed by our company based on the advanced technology of rotary pulse jet bag dust collectors both domestically and internationally, after summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of various flat-bag dust collectors. This dust collector adopts a circular body structure, ensuring uniform stress distribution, excellent explosion resistance, and is suitable for outdoor installation. This type of unit features a compact structure, high dust collection efficiency, low resistance, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and reliable performance.

Filtered air is delivered to the air reservoir via a Roots blower, and then compressed air is instantaneously injected into the filter bags through nozzles at the lower part of the rotating arm to achieve dust cleaning. This low-pressure, high-volume pulse jet cleaning system is not limited by air source conditions and utilizes automatic resistance-based control for pulse cleaning, saving energy and extending the service life of filter bags. It can be widely applied in dust purification and dust recovery systems in many sectors, such as metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, building materials, grain and chemical industries.
