The GSB continuous pump operates on the principle of pneumatic pressure differential, combined with advanced jet flow technology and fluidization technology, fully incorporating the modern theory of two-phase flow in pneumatic conveying. After the motor-driven airlock feeder achieves balanced feeding, the powdered material is drawn into the gas-ash mixing chamber. The feeder utilizes a uniquely designed nozzle (which generates high vacuum, i.e., relatively strong negative pressure) to uniformly mix the material with the gas, and then delivers the material into the conveying pipeline, where the pneumatic pressure differential transports the material along the pipeline to its destination.
Its core technology lies in the annular configuration of the ejector nozzle, which enables the ejector to produce a high vacuum without generating turbulence that would cause energy loss—this is the most critical feature distinguishing this equipment from other conveying pumps.
The GSB continuous pump consists of two main components: the motor-driven airlock feeder and the feeder (gas-ash mixing chamber, nozzle, and Venturi tube).
