Overview
The long-bag low-pressure pulse bag dust collector produced by our company is an externally filtered long-bag dust collector with compartmentalized offline maintenance (cleaning). It integrates years of research results and technical experience, combining the world's best long-bag offline pulse cleaning technology to provide users with an internationally advanced long-bag offline pulse cleaning technology and product. It is a large-scale dust collection equipment featuring large processing air volume, excellent cleaning performance, high collection efficiency, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and a small footprint. Its main features include: the use of large DC pulse valves, which reduces the pressure of compressed gas for pulse cleaning and saves energy; each nozzle on the blowpipe is aligned with the center of a filter bag to inject air into each bag, and the large volume of induced airflow generated by accelerated gas movement greatly improves the cleaning effect, allowing bag lengths of up to 6-8 meters and reducing the footprint. The equipment's pulse jet cleaning and ash discharge are both controlled by PLC, and users can choose between timed or constant differential pressure modes as needed.
Working Mechanism
During operation of the LCDM series long-bag pulse bag dust collector, dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet duct. Coarse dust particles fall directly to the bottom of the ash hopper, while fine dust particles rise with the airflow into the middle chamber, where dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags. The filtered gas passes from the inside of the bags through the bag openings into the upper chamber, then through the outlet duct to the exhaust stack. The dust collector combines the advantages of injection and pulse cleaning, featuring strong cleaning capability, high collection efficiency, low emission concentration, low energy consumption, and low air leakage rate. It is controlled by a microcomputer with compartmentalized injection, timed cleaning, and automatic over-temperature protection measures.
The cleaning process first cuts off the clean gas outlet duct of that compartment, so that the bags in that compartment are in a state of no airflow (compartmentalized static cleaning), and then the pulse valve is opened to perform pulse cleaning with compressed air. A programmable controller provides fully automatic control of the exhaust valve (poppet valve), pulse valves, ash discharge valves, cold air valves, safety valves, etc.
Main Components
The dust collector consists of an upper chamber, middle chamber, ash hopper and support frame, injection device, filter bags and bag cages, spark and coarse particle settling and baffling diversion device, inlet and outlet air ducts, heating system, anti-blocking system, insulation system, and electrical control system.
The upper chamber includes the tube sheet, filter bags, bag cages, injection device, and clean air chamber.
The middle chamber includes the dust-laden gas inlet duct and housing. The filter bags are suspended within the space of the middle chamber.
The ash hopper is used to collect dust cleaned off the filter bags.
Processing Air Volume Range
10,000 ~ 2,000,000 m3/h, with outlet emission concentration below 50-5-5 mg/Nm3.
Applicable Industries
Metallurgy, building materials, electric power, light industry, chemical industry, solid waste, and other industries.
