Product Introduction

Introduction to LNB Technology

In-furnace denitrification involves using various combustion techniques to control the generation of NOx during the combustion process, also known as low-NOx combustion technology.

Among the various technologies for reducing NOx emissions, low-NOx combustion technology is a widely adopted, relatively simple, economical, and effective method.

The four main low-nitrogen combustion technologies are as follows: low-NOx burner technology, air-staged combustion technology, fuel-staged combustion technology, and flue gas recirculation technology, among which flue gas recirculation technology is currently the most widely applied.

Introduction to Process Principles

Based on the analysis of NOx generation and reduction mechanisms, to reduce NOx generation, combustion should first be intensified to promote the rapid and thorough release of volatiles, while controlling the oxygen concentration in the primary combustion zone during intensified combustion to generate reducing agents (CHi) that reduce the already-formed NOx, thereby achieving the goal of lowering NOx emissions.
