The instrument is based on the capacitive humidity sensing principle, piezoresistive sensing principle, and the temperature characteristics of semiconductor PN junctions to perform real-time measurement of humidity, air pressure, and temperature, and calculate moisture concentration, absolute humidity, and saturated vapor pressure. It can also calculate moisture concentration, absolute humidity, and saturated vapor pressure by inputting temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. It is suitable for industrial manufacturing and process control, agriculture and food, construction and facility management, energy and environmental monitoring, scientific research and laboratory applications, and other fields.
