Product Overview:

This device is installed between the particle cutter and the online automatic particle monitor. It is used to achieve automatic zero-point concentration verification, flow verification, system leak detection, and other functions for the particle automatic monitor in smart monitoring stations. It enables remote, unattended, and intelligent quality control.

Product Features:

• Operating status indicated by external indicator lights (red, yellow)
• High-performance zero-air filter with filtration efficiency of no less than 99.9% for particles larger than 0.3μm
• Flow measurement range (0～20) L/min, with maximum allowable error not exceeding ±2%
• Capable of measuring ambient air pressure, temperature, and humidity, and compensating for flow accordingly
• Automatically saves the current state after power loss and resumes the current state upon power restoration
• Zero gas generator has a service life timer with a maximum of 180 days
• Connects to the station industrial computer via RS485 for real-time transmission of device status and measurement parameters, and reception of control commands
