Working Principle
The system consists of a flash evaporation unit or steam ejector, multiple-effect evaporators, and a condenser. It operates in a low-temperature mode, using flash steam or waste heat steam as the heat source to heat the seawater in the first-effect evaporator, where the heat source condenses into fresh water. Meanwhile, the secondary steam generated is used as the heat source for the next-effect evaporator, and this process proceeds sequentially. The condensate from each effect evaporator and the condenser is collected as product fresh water, while the concentrated seawater can be further utilized comprehensively or discharged directly.
