Working Principle
The circulating cooling water first flows through the finned tube bundle, achieving an initial air-cooling temperature reduction, which reduces water evaporation and achieves water-saving goals. The external dry and cold air entering the finned tube bundle through the louvers is heated by the circulating water and becomes dry and hot air. In the cooling tower's air chamber, this dry and hot air fully mixes with the hot and humid saturated air generated in the packing area by the circulating cooling water, significantly reducing temperature and relative humidity, thereby eliminating the conditions for visible plume formation.
