Working Principle
Dry-wet combined operation mode: The evaporative section and air cooling section air regulation devices are activated simultaneously. Circulating water first passes through the air cooling section, where ambient air flows across the outside of the finned tubes to pre-cool the circulating water. The pre-cooled circulating water then enters the evaporative cooling tube bundle, where heat exchange occurs with the air and spray water flowing outside the tubes, achieving a cooling effect.
Dry operation mode: When the ambient temperature falls below the design temperature point, the evaporative section air regulation device is closed, and the air cooling air regulation device is opened. The spray water is stopped, and air cooling alone is sufficient to meet the process requirements for circulating water cooling.
Wet operation mode: During extreme high temperatures in summer, the air cooling section air regulation device is closed, and the evaporative section air regulation device is opened. The spray water is turned on, and the circulating water inside the tubes is cooled through the air and spray water flowing outside the tubes.
