Working Principle
The process medium first passes through the new-type finned air cooling tower, where heat exchange with air occurs through the wall and fin indirect heat transfer, and the heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, providing primary cooling for the process medium; it then enters the wet water cooling tower, where heat is transferred through the water film evaporation on the bare tubes and discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, reducing the process medium to the temperature required by the process; the sprayed water that has absorbed heat forms a counterflow heat exchange with the dry cold air during the circulation process, and after falling into the bottom water basin, it completes a continuous spray circulation cycle under the action of the spray pump, and the sprayed water lost in the heat exchange process is automatically replenished by the makeup water system. When the ambient temperature reaches below the set temperature, the spray pump is stopped according to process conditions, and the process requirements are met through dry air cooling.
