Product Introduction

Project Overview:

The Shenhua Baotou Coal to Olefin Project is the world's first MTO unit. The total treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment plant for Phase I and Phase II is 1.68×10⁴m³/d. The wastewater includes production wastewater from gasification, purification, methanol-to-olefins, olefin separation, polyethylene, sulfur recovery, methanol, reuse water, flare, and other units, as well as plant-wide floor washing water, polluted rainwater, and domestic sewage. The main pollutants in the wastewater are various organic compounds and ammonia nitrogen. The wastewater has good biodegradability, but the ammonia nitrogen concentration is high and the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio is low, making treatment quite challenging.

Process Overview:

Primary Sedimentation + A/O + BAF

Project Scale:

Comprehensive Wastewater: 0.96×10⁴m³/d

Project Highlights:

The aeration devices in the aerobic tank use the company's patented high-efficiency swirl aerators. The aerator body features a large-pore channel design combined with a swirl-mixing structure, offering advantages such as large service area, low resistance, stable and reliable operation, resistance to clogging, and long service life. This effectively solves the problem of aerator scaling and clogging caused by high hardness in gasification wastewater.
