Chengdu XD ZhongTe Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "XD ZhongTe") is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is a key subsidiary of China XD Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China XD"), which is part of the leading domestic electrical enterprise, China Electric Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Electric Equipment"). It serves as the R&D center for special transformers of China Electric Equipment Group, the product manufacturing and operation & maintenance center for the southwest region of China XD, the research, production, and sales base for special distribution transformers of China XD, and the southwest center for dry-type distribution transformer business.

XD ZhongTe was established on February 15, 2000, originally named "Xi'an Xibian Zhongte Electric Co., Ltd." and was renamed to its current name (Chengdu XD ZhongTe Electric Co., Ltd.) after relocating to Chengdu. With a registered capital of 478 million yuan and over 300 employees, the company is primarily engaged in the design, production, marketing, and after-sales service of various transformers. Its main products include power transformers below 220kV, traction transformers, rectifier transformers, furnace transformers, test transformers and other special transformers, nacelle transformers and tower transformers for offshore wind power, distribution transformers, box-type transformers, etc.

Inheriting over 60 years of robust product development expertise from China XD's transformer industry, XD ZhongTe has established a comprehensive R&D system through independent innovation and collaborative development. Its technical capabilities remain at the forefront of the transformer industry, with products distributed across more than 80 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, America, and Oceania.
