The Henan Province Primary-Secondary Integration Environmentally Friendly Switchgear Engineering Technology Center currently has 48 members, including 20 with senior professional titles, with a test area of over 500 square meters and a total of more than 400 sets of various instruments and testing equipment. The center strengthens cooperation with universities and research institutes, actively conducts cutting-edge technology research in IoT, digital sensing, integration, big data computing, high-voltage environmental protection, etc., promotes technological innovation and upgrading of China's distribution switch industry, increases scientific research investment, and has achieved fruitful results, forming five major series of high-tech products (GISELA, MISELA, NISELA, LDBM, ZW). Among them, it has broken through high-voltage insulation technology; the MISELA series gas-insulated switchgear has completed product development at the 72.5kV voltage level, helping to expand the offshore wind power market; the NISELA series environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear has completed product development at the 40.5kV voltage level, achieving full coverage of medium-voltage environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear and reaching the international leading level. The MISELA series gas-insulated switchgear has completed product development at the 4000A current level, becoming the first in the industry to achieve 4000A natural air cooling and reaching the international leading level. To date, the company has formed more than 150 patents, with nearly 80 authorized patents, including 45 invention patents.
Production Support Capability
The company possesses processing, assembly, and testing capabilities for products including 12-24kV GISELA (SF6 gas-insulated ring main unit), NISELA (environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit), SISELA (solid-insulated ring main unit), AISELA (air-insulated ring main unit), 12-40.5kV inflatable cabinets, 12-24kV pole-mounted circuit breakers, intelligent distribution terminals, etc., and can produce more than 30,000 compartments of various ring main units annually, with an annual output value of approximately 740 million RMB.
Quality Control Capability
The company has complete testing and inspection means and equipment. The raw material incoming inspection center is equipped with a complete set of dedicated equipment such as high-voltage AC/DC withstand voltage testing, partial discharge measurement, X-ray machines, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis, ultrasonic thickness measurement, conductivity testing, and spring tension/compression testing. Factory testing includes large-current temperature rise, lightning impulse, and primary-secondary integration product testing equipment. It has now achieved the testing capability for Category B and C sampling inspection items of State Grid distribution network products.
