Its main products include disc-type, ring-type, and cylinder forgings, forged bars and forged shafts, wear-resistant media, etc., covering various large, medium, and small forgings from 0.3kg to 300 tons. We can provide a complete set of solutions from raw material customization, forging, heat treatment, high-precision machining, testing, to complex transportation.
We possess extreme manufacturing capabilities that only a few companies in the world have, capable of providing free forgings with a maximum weight of 300 tons, integral seamless rolled rings with a maximum diameter of more than 21 meters, forged and rolled cylinder sections with a maximum height of 5 meters, and radial forged bars with a maximum length of 25 meters. In 2022, Iraeta manufactured an integral seamless forged ring with a diameter of 15.673 meters and a circumference of 49.2 meters, setting a Guinness World Record. In 2026, Iraeta broke through itself and successfully manufactured an integral seamless forged ring with a diameter of 21.029 meters, breaking the Guinness World Record previously held by itself.
These processing capabilities help us launch a series of innovative products and successfully apply them in super equipment such as fourth-generation nuclear power, 10,000 tons per day cement rotary kilns, 16-meter diameter tunnel boring machines, and floating offshore wind turbines above 20MW.
