Applications
Used in conjunction with drilling rig turntable, winch, and mud pump power end, it is a core transmission component.
3. Valve Box
The core pressure-bearing housing of the mud pump hydraulic end, with built-in suction and discharge valve group, relies on the reciprocating motion of the plunger to achieve mud suction and high-pressure discharge.
Forged from alloy steel, resistant to high pressure and erosion.
4. Crankshaft
The core component of the mud pump power end, converts rotary power into plunger reciprocating motion to deliver high-pressure mud.
Overall forged forming, high material strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance.
