BNBM Waterproof Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beixin Waterproof) is affiliated with BNBM, a new building materials platform under CNBM, a Fortune 500 company. It was successfully registered in June 2021 in Changping District, Beijing, with a registered capital of 2 billion RMB. It serves as the investment platform for the integration, management, and development of BNBM' waterproofing business.

In 2019, BNBM embarked on a new journey, implementing the "One Body, Two Wings, Global Layout" development strategy and officially entering the waterproofing industry, becoming a central state-owned enterprise in China's waterproof materials sector. By 2021, BNBM Waterproof had established more than ten waterproof materials production bases. Its waterproof products cover five major categories and over a hundred product series, including self-adhesive waterproof membranes, polymer modified bitumen waterproof membranes, polymer waterproof membranes, waterproof coatings, and waterproof auxiliary materials (supporting products, flooring materials). It provides one-stop system solutions, widely used in infrastructure construction, transportation engineering, residential and commercial real estate, industrial buildings, urban renewal, and new urbanization construction. It has formed a nationwide waterproof production base and marketing service network.

BNBM Waterproof owns the national-level research institute in the waterproofing industry — Suzhou Waterproof Research Institute. It is committed to stabilizing and optimizing existing product quality, actively developing green, environmentally friendly, durable, and reliable products, and providing high-quality technical services to the industry. It has jointly established a supply chain joint venture with listed waterproofing enterprises to leverage synergistic advantages, occupy the high ground in the supply chain and raw materials, and provide customers with higher quality and performance products and services. BNBM Waterproof not only carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit and leverages the "strength + vitality" advantages of mixed-ownership systems, but also fully introduces advanced management concepts from central state-owned enterprises, integrates high-quality resources from central enterprises, fulfills the responsibilities of central enterprises, and is committed to building an aircraft carrier battle group that possesses both individual advantages and vitality as well as overall synergy and strength.
