RAC-101 Super Weather-Resistant Silane Polymer Waterproof Coating

This product is a new single-component moisture-curing waterproof coating prepared by using α-silane modified polyether as the base polymer, adding various additives such as cross-linking agents, fillers and stabilizers, through special processes, and curing by reacting with moisture in the air to form a silicon-oxygen-silicon three-dimensional cross-linked structure.

1. Environmentally friendly and green

Environmentally friendly: Solvent-free, plasticizer-free, NCO-free; Safe ingredients and odorless: Free of free isocyanate harmful to human body, and odorless, harmless to construction workers.

2. Anti-aging: Can be used directly exposed, suitable for exposed waterproofing projects.

3. Construction performance: Fast curing: Surface can be cured within 1 hour, fully dry within 4 hours; Thick coating without cracking in one application: Almost 100% solid content of reactive substances, no volume shrinkage, can be thick coated more than 2.0mm in one application.

4. Wide application: Extremely high bonding strength, can adhere to various complex substrates; Excellent water resistance: Significant bonding effect for damp interfaces, newly poured concrete and other humid environments.
