Product Introduction

The FPQ-S series high-efficiency heat exchanger features excellent performance and high thermal efficiency, with advantages such as automatic descaling, simple structure, and easy maintenance. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the positive gas flow along the floating coil, the floating coil produces high-frequency oscillations, which induce agitation in the heated medium. This transforms laminar heat transfer into turbulent heat transfer, resulting in a heat transfer coefficient K ≥ 3000 W/m²°C. Additionally, because the floating coil is a cantilevered free end, it expands and contracts freely, producing high-frequency oscillations that prevent alkaline substances in the medium from adhering to the outer tube wall, thus providing the unique feature of automatic descaling.
