The square fully welded heat exchanger is a type of wall-type heat exchanger. The structure consists of two adjacent plates welded together to form two flow channels. Two fluids at different temperatures flow through the channels on opposite sides of the same plate. The flow area and flow length of each fluid channel are controlled by partition plates. In this way, the high-temperature fluid transfers heat to the low-temperature fluid through the plate, achieving the purpose of heat exchange.
