The G4-73 and Y4-73 type ventilation and induced draft fans are suitable for the air supply and exhaust systems of 2-670T/h steam boilers in thermal power plants. They can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation when no special requirements are needed. These fans are mainly used in applications that require large air flow, low noise, and high efficiency. They can transport clean gases, dusty gases, flammable gases, corrosive gases, powders, or particulate materials at normal or high temperatures. Typical applications include building ventilation, mine ventilation, smoke exhaust, drying, clinker cooling, gas transport, lightweight material transport, industrial boiler systems for forced and induced draft, furnace systems/incinerator systems for air supply and exhaust, air purification equipment, industrial dust collection systems, etc. In addition to industrial fields, they are also widely used in agriculture and civil fields, making them one of the most versatile fan series.
Product Features:
①Capable of stable operation at higher medium temperatures, delivering large air flow while maintaining low noise levels and meeting pressure requirements.
②The blade angle is optimized for greater wear resistance and longer service life.
③Equipped with a damper to flexibly adjust the fan's pressure and flow during operation. Additionally, a variable frequency motor can be selected to adjust pressure and flow by changing the speed.
④The materials used for the impeller and shaft are chosen based on operating temperature and speed, including high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel, ensuring reliable strength at high temperatures.
⑤Fans with impeller nominal diameters under 1400mm, operating at normal temperatures, do not require additional bearing cooling devices, reducing investment and maintenance workload for users.
⑥The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to eliminate structural internal stress caused by welding, ensuring no creepage or cracking.
⑦The impeller's welds and shaft undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure no welding or material defects, guaranteeing strength. The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing calibration to ensure stable fan operation.
⑧A wide range of optional accessories is available.
⑨The medium transported by the ventilation fan is air, with a maximum temperature of 80°C. The induced draft fan (which must be equipped with a dust removal device to minimize the dust content in the flue gas entering the fan) transports flue gas, with a maximum temperature of 250°C.
⑩When viewed from the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan; if counterclockwise, it is a left-hand fan.
