T35 type axial flow fan
Our company has optimized the design of the traditional T35 type axial flow fan by adopting twisted blades and low-resistance motor brackets, offering advantages such as lightweight, low power consumption, and stable performance. It is suitable for ventilation in factories, warehouses, office buildings, residential areas, etc. For locations with longer ventilation ducts, multiple fans can be installed in series to increase the air pressure. Depending on the environment and medium being transported, it can also be made into a fiberglass axial flow fan, with the fan blades, casing, and frame made of fiberglass material. This type of fan offers high efficiency, low noise, stable operation, and easy installation. The fiberglass axial flow fan is suitable for general factories, offices, warehouses, and residential ventilation, with gas temperatures below 60°C and hard particulate matter below 150mg/m³. The main purpose of the T35 and BT35 axial flow fans is to replace the 30K4 type. Through analysis and comparison with similar foreign products, and based on model testing, the fan type was determined. The fan uses a cylindrical hub structure, with motor redesign, reducing flow losses and increasing fan efficiency. The efficiency improved to 77% when calculated by circular area and to 89.5% when calculated by outlet ring area. Noise levels were reduced by 3.6dB in A-weighted sound level. The strength at the root of the blades was also enhanced to prevent blade breakage.
The gas transported by the fan should be non-corrosive and free of significant dust, with a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
