The RV series volumetric heat exchanger uses U-tube bundles as the heat transfer elements, with a horizontal multi-pass arrangement. This design reduces the cross-sectional area through which the heat medium flows, increases the heat transfer area, and enhances the flow velocity of the heat medium. The tank can also be equipped with flow guides to increase the flow velocity of the heated water, resulting in excellent heat transfer performance and minimal heat loss. When steam is used as the heat medium, approximately 15% of the total heat transfer is recovered from the condensate, and the cold water area is small, offering high volumetric efficiency. Additionally, the volumetric heat exchanger retains the advantages of large water storage capacity, efficient heat transfer, low head loss, stable and safe water supply, and ease of descaling.
