Spiral plate heat exchanger

The spiral plate heat exchanger is integrally rolled from steel plates, forming two uniform spiral channels. This allows two heat transfer media to flow in a fully countercurrent manner, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency. The tangential structure of the nozzles on the shell minimizes local resistance. Due to the uniform curvature of the spiral channels, the fluid flow inside the equipment avoids sharp turns, resulting in low overall resistance. This enables a higher design flow rate and greater heat transfer capacity. When selecting the equipment, appropriate process calculations ensure that the medium inside the channels reaches a turbulent state (generally, liquid flow speed exceeds 1 m/s, and gas flow speed exceeds 10 m/s).
