Benefiting from the favorable policies of reform and opening up, it has now become one of the backbone forces of independent brands and independent innovation in China's tire industry. It currently has more than 7,300 employees of various types and is one of the world's top 50 international tire enterprises. In February 2025, it officially joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGlobalCompact), firmly committed to continuously promoting green development, integrating the concept of green environmental protection into the entire life cycle of products, striving to drive the green and low-carbon development of the industrial chain, and enhancing the brand's international influence.

At present, the group company's various products are sold to more than 160 countries and regions worldwide. It has successfully participated in the "Shandong Tire Brand Overseas Promotion Action" three consecutive times and has entered the supplier systems of FAW, Sinotruk, and BAIC Foton. Meanwhile, it has led or participated in the formulation and revision of 35 national and industry standards, owns more than 305 patents, and has successfully passed CNAS national laboratory accreditation and IATF16949 system certification. It has become one of the first batch (four in total) of tire manufacturing enterprises in China for "Green Product Evaluation Tire" and "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules Tire," and has successfully applied for scientific research platforms including the Shandong Provincial Engineering Research Center for High-Performance Green Tires, Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation, Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Shandong Provincial Industrial Design Center, and Shandong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. In December 2025, "Key Technologies and Industrialized Application of Green Manufacturing for High-Performance New Energy Vehicle Tires" won the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.

Combining the century-old global safe driving culture with a firm determination to "increase variety, improve quality, and create brands," the group company announces its entry into the "high-performance tire" market, taking the lead in the domestic industry to launch high-end, cost-effective products such as new energy electric vehicle tires, high-end environmentally friendly wear-resistant truck and bus tires, run-flat tires, racing tires, and ultra-low rolling resistance tires. In November 2023, the first "Chain Expo" opened in Beijing. Huasheng Rubber, as an intelligent vehicle chain enterprise, became the only tire enterprise exhibiting independently, giving Huasheng the opportunity to share opportunities and create the future together with outstanding partners such as globally renowned automakers Tesla, Geely, and BYD. In May 2025, with brands including ROADBOSS, KAPSEN, and HABILED, with a brand strength of 849 and a brand value of 1.65 billion yuan, it became the first tire enterprise in the Lubei region to appear on the China Brand Value Evaluation list for five consecutive years. It has also been recognized as a Shandong Famous Brand, Shandong Quality Brand, Shandong Famous Brand Product, Shandong "Manufacturing" Brand Recognition Enterprise, and has been awarded the title of "National Rubber Tire Manufacturing Industry Quality Leading Brand" for five consecutive years.

Breaking through the waves to go global and deeply cultivating the global market, the group company is moving toward a new stage of high-quality overseas expansion. With outstanding technical strength and good market reputation, in December 2024, it reached a normalized joint technical research and development service cooperation with GTR Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of passenger car, SUV, and four-wheel-drive vehicle tires in Pakistan. Meanwhile, in September 2025, the group company actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and successfully launched its first overseas automobile tire production base, located in Sihanoukville Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. The total project investment exceeds 300 million US dollars, covering an area of more than 900,000 square meters. It is dedicated to the production of special tires for new energy vehicles and various high-performance automobile tires. Phase I plans an annual production capacity of 6 million high-performance passenger vehicle tires and 1.2 million high-end truck and bus tires. Under complex product structures and intelligent, information-based conditions, it is gradually forming a "data-driven + intelligent empowerment" model. After reaching full production, it will become one of the tire production bases with the strongest factory production efficiency and product innovation capability in Southeast Asia. The Cambodia base is a key step in the group company's globalization layout, not only meaning that Huasheng Rubber's globalization strategy has entered a new stage, but also helping the sustainable development of the automotive supporting industry in the ASEAN region. In the future, the company will gradually consider further deepening production capacity and marketing layout in North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, and through the comprehensive overseas expansion of products, brands, production capacity, and research and development, deeply participate in global industrial competition and cooperation.

Strengthening action leadership, doing public welfare well with heart and action. Strengthening Party branch construction, leading more than 160 Party members and more than 7,300 employees to actively participate in Guangcai Program activities such as targeted poverty alleviation, donations for education, epidemic prevention and control, and employment for people with disabilities. In October 2024, Huasheng Rubber officially joined the UN Women WEPs (Women's Empowerment Principles), becoming one of the global signatory enterprise members of the organization and also China's first tire manufacturing technology innovation enterprise to join WEPs. This move marks another important step for Huasheng Rubber Group in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment, providing fair development opportunities for female employees and helping women realize their own value. At the same time, rooftop photovoltaics have opened a new track for "dual carbon." It took the lead in the industry to develop an 80MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project, which is expected to cumulatively reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1.7 million tons. It has successively won the National-level Carbon Management System Certification Certificate and the 2024 Energy Efficiency Leader Benchmark Enterprise (Tire Category, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation).
