Zhejiang Sunyata power was founded in 1979, renamed as Zhejiang Jiangshan Special Transformer Co., Ltd. which combines with R&D，design, manufacturing, sales, delivering, installation and service in one.

The main products of Sunyata power are Power Transformers of 220KV, 110KV, 35KV, 10KV and other models; Dry-type transformers; various Special Transformers, such as On-load capacity Regulate & Tap-changing Transformers, Furnace Transformers, Rectifier Transformers; Prefabricated (European type) and Combined (American type) movable power substations with high & low voltage switchgear are included as well.

Sunyata power has owned 161 authorized patents, which contains 55 patents for invention, 106 utility model patents. There are also over 60 patents are under examination.

Meanwhile, Sunyata power participates in formulating Industry Standards, Manufacturing Group Standards of Zhejiang province and

National Standards. Sunyata power is strengthened to have the abilities to do EPC.
