Through our engineering competence, assisting you to specify the best product for your system. And by dealing honestly with you, if problems arise, resolving them acceptably. Design Our design engineers, most of whom have been with us for many years, have gained an enviable reputation for overcoming problems that others have declined to solve and many of our valves are widely acknowledged as being the most ingenious and innovative available. Manufacturing Manifold blocks are manufactured in house and we ensure that our exacting standards are adhered to. All our valves are made to exemplary standards, manufactured from high grade steels with close tolerance finish to give higher functional accuracy and a longer working life. Assembly All our valves are assembled by our trained and experienced technicians ensuring the reliability and consistent quality that you expect. Testing & Quality Control We were one of the first in our field to implement ISO 9001:2000 quality control procedures. We are also meticulous about cleanliness, our valves will not introduce damaging contaminants into your system. 100% of our cartridge valves are tested. We also aim for a minimal environmental impact from our operations having been assessed to ISO14001. Integrated Hydraulics Limited was founded in 1972 by Malcolm Kelly O.B.E. and is now firmly established as a market leader in the development of hydraulic cartridge valves and integrated electro-hydraulic control circuits which are sold throughout the world. The company has built it’s reputation on quality and reliability and indeed was one of the first hydraulic companies in the world to achieve the prestigious ISO9001 certification back in 1987. Nowadays we are ISO 9000-2000 certified and are currently pursuing TS16949 Quality Management Systems approval. From modest beginnings in a small factory unit in Kenilworth, we now occupy over 5000sq. metres of purpose designed office and factory space at our headquarters building and in 2007 we acquired two new units in which to expand our separate machine shop and assembly facilities in Warwick, England. We also have an office, warehouse and assembly/test facility to service our U.S. business located in Mentor, Ohio and in 2004 opened an office in Germany. This novel system provides the most versatile electrochemical measurement technology available. It provides a range of measurements that were not possible before from a single instrument, including real fA results, ultra-high impedance, ultra-low impedance, and high cell voltage polarization. It also boasts a best-in-class impedance measurement system (single sine, multi-sine / FFT and harmonic analysis across the entire frequency band, in addition to AC voltammetry using the full range of techniques). When asked how ModuLab differs from other systems, Brian Sayers, Product Manager, explained: Simply put, ModuLab will be the most versatile performer on the market and will provide the electrochemical researcher with multiple techniques and options that were not available to them before in one system.” He adds: “This is true modularity, with options that are designed to work together, and with all its capabilities it is a very exciting addition to our product range.” Some of the applications that will benefit from the power ModuLab offers are within the field of high voltage fuel cell and battery test, supercapacitors, nanotechnology, analytical electrochemistry, and corrosion research. To find out how to bring the power of ModuLab to your specific application area, click here Solartron Analytical is a world leader in the development of instrumentation and software for the characterization of materials and cells using precision electrical measurement techniques, including electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). These find particular use in the fields of battery and fuel cell research, dielectric analysis, electrochemistry, corrosion, sensor development and materials analysis. Solartrons product portfolio includes industry standard frequency response analyzers, potentiostats, electrochemical software (ZPlot and CorrWare) and battery test equipment. Solartron Analytical designs and manufactures instrumentation for the rapid and accurate measurement of electrochemical phenomena. Covering DC and AC electrochemical analysis, the product range includes a variety of potentiostats/galvanostats, impedance analyzers, multiplexers, and application specific software (ZPlot and CorrWare). Solartron Analytical recently introduced the CellTest multi-channel potentiostat system providing a wide range of tests on fuel cells, batteries and supercapacitors. These techniques include high-speed pulse (e.g. for GSM mobile phone applications), high current tests by connecting floating channels in parallel and multiple impedance analysis techniques to fully characterize the complete cell or individual cell anodes and cathodes. Solartron Analytical also manufactures a range of equipment for the electrical characterization of materials. The study of frequency related impedance phenomena as a function of applied AC stimulus, DC bias and temperature is often essential in materials performance testing. Solartron’s 1260A Impedance Analyzer is renowned in the materials research community for its wide impedance range and measurement accuracy. A materials interface may be added to the system for the analysis of very high impedance materials. Solartron Analytical, SIGNAL RECOVERY, ORTEC, and Princeton Applied Research are members of the Advanced Measurement Technology Division of AMETEK, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices with annualized sales of more than $1.8 billion. AMETEK has approximately 10,000 employees and over 60 sales and service operations in the United States and more than 30 other countries.

This multiple echo technique has long since been the industry standard for accurate measurement of material thickness. Driven by the need for a hand-held device and non-destructive testing, we successfully developed multiple echo digital thickness gauges which measure metal thickness through protective coatings in a reliable and repeatable way. Simplicity through technology… Cygnus gauges all use the multiple echo technique and are designed to be robust and simple to use. They are engineered to withstand the harshest environments. New innovation… Our roots are in the marine inspection services. Now building on strong foundations, Cygnus has entered a new phase of innovation. We are investing heavily in market research and product development. We believe in an entirely application-driven, user-focused approach. The full service… In July 2006 Cygnus launched its NDT Sales Division to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ service and supply a full range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment manufactured by other leading NDT companies. We cover all disciplines of NDT. Highest quality… Cygnus is an ISO-9001 accredited company. On account of this and our intrinsically safe certifications (BASEEFA and CSA), we are constantly being audited to guarantee you the best quality. At Cygnus, high quality comes first and foremost.
