In order to develop this sector, which was enjoying constant growth, we left the original group to set up a new company dealing solely with sieves. Thus VIBROWEST ITALIANA S.r.l. was incorporated in 1972. Weve come a long way since then and can boast vast specific experience in the area of sifting where, in all due modesty, we can claim Italian leadership. Modern technology demands increasingly higher precision in production processes, since tollerances, greater or smaller in the selection of the material to be separated are millesimal. These problems are solved by Vibrating screens which, thanks to the mechanical and simultaneous drive of the sieves in a horizontal, vertical and rotary direction, allow rapid working operations, whilst still respecting the great number of simultaneous separations per micron. The range of VIBROWEST ITALIANA is today one of the most complete and tested ranges available on the market, with limited costs, tanks to the standardization of their models.

The machines are taylored to the specific needs of each customer, and today the range of products to be shrinkwrapped include bottles, cans, pots, jars, aerosol cans, furniture (both assembled and in "lay-flat" form), ladders, car panels and accessories, photographic plates, printed circuit boards, reels of yarn, linen and both rolls and boards of fabric. The wrap-around case packing machinery, which was developed after the shrinkwrappers, has also found great success in the world-wide market, and have been sold to wrap many products including bottles, cans, jars, brick, pots and aerosol cans Italy is a world-wide leader in the field of packaging and Impianti Novopac Srl have acquired these "typically Italian" entrepreneurial characteristics which are the basis of this supremacy. Through the years, our technical Department has strived, and continue to strive, to find new and innovative solutions to the most diverse packaging problems.

Production and sales of these products were taken over first by Simep and later by Eletar, then Ansaldo and finally Marelli. During these changes of ownership, the fan construction department, considered obsolete, was climinated, though the sales network was kept intact and therefore production of these devices was commissioned to subcontractors. This is how the producer Euroventilatori came to be founded. At the same time, however, it began designing, producing and selling its own range of machines from its catalogue. Supported by qualified workers and technicians, it constantly expanded the range of machines produced in order to satisfy the most specific demands of the industrial market in the 搗entilationsector. After Marelli abandoned its industrial fan sales, Euroventilatori grew rapidly to the extent that it can now be considered one of the largest Italian producers. Today, with pride, we can say that we have continued what the great mythical producer Pellizzari started. The following data will give you an idea of the extent to which Euroventilatori, a Venetian company located in the north-west of Italy, is active on the domestic and European market. It has as many as 31 lines of machines in its catalogue, in versions with direct and transmission control. Each of these lines has a well-defined field of application. The range of operation covered by these fans is very vast the capacities range from 120 to 270,000 cu.mt./h of air with pressures from 5 to 5,000 kgt/cu.mt and power from 0.18 to 500 KW. This data gives the idea of how extensive the range of machinery produced by our company is. Currently, annual production is as many as 25,000 machines. The fans in our catalogue, both radial and axial types, are mainly used in industrial sectors such as carpentry, glass-making, tanneries, paper mills, grinding plants, tile manufactures, textile manufactures and agriculture, etc. The range of fans in the catalogue includes machines with rotor diameters from 160 to 1,600 mm. and special fans with a diameter of 2,000 not in the series. There is a series with double intake for large volumes of air one with special blades for thready material one with double stage for extra high pressure, in version 8 with an elastic joint. Naturally there are many special versions that differ in the materials and technical solutions, especially designed to satisfy the needs of the client and to take advantage of the experience acquired up to now (e.g. high temperatures, abrasive powders, flammable and/or toxic gasses, etc).

Today, the Tacchella plant in Cassine, whose total surface area of 75,000 square meters includes 20,000 square meters under cover, employs about 190 highly skilled production operative. The entire production process, from design to final inspection, is carried out in-house and managed through a complete IT network with full CAD/CAE, PDM and CAM capabilities. The high level of quality required of all Tacchella grinding machines is reached through the extensive use of efficient, highly automated and high-precision CNC manufacturing systems. Strict final inspection and well-equipped, climate-controlled production and inspection facilities are essential to guaranteeing the high quality for which the companys products are noted. Tacchella sales network, with around 50 agencies, covers most of the globe. Thanks to continual research investments and the development of innovative, patented technologies, Tacchella Macchine products achieve truly superlative levels of performance that meet and exceed customer expectations and are always a step ahead of market needs. For these reasons, Tacchella Macchine is a major industrial force on the international level and a leading in its field. FIRMS LIFE The company started as a simple machining shop in Acqui Terme (Alessandria) founded by Andrea Tacchella in 1921, a difficult and uncertain period. Tacchellas inventiveness and the intuition he showed in choosing to specialize in precision machining helped set the company on the road to success, and by 1940 Tacchella was already turning out large numbers of AU - ATF Series milling machines and sharpening machines. Production capacity was consolidated in the early post-war years, which saw Tacchella concentrating its efforts on production of purpose-built sharpeners and grinding machines such as the AU300, AU500 and R600, R1000 Series. With the founders premature death, his young sons Elio and Franco took over the companys reins with a strong sense of responsibility, dedicating themselves heart and soul to the development of new and complete lines of sharpening machines and external grinders. During the burgeoning industrial development of the 60s, the company grew by leaps and bounds, making a name for itself in the construction of innovative and technologically advanced machines such as the automated 35L, 4AM and 6ALP series. It made its first forays into industrial design, which it saw not just as a matter of outside appearance but as a means of ensuring ergonomic serviceability, winning international awards in the process. These insights paid off, with market success outstripping all expectations. The decisive step forward that brought the company into the industrial limelight was made in 1967, with the inauguration of the new plant and the establishment of Tacchella Macchine S.p.A., headquartered in Cassine, Alessandria. Equipped with the latest industrial infrastructures, the new plant springboarded the company into international prominence. In the 70s, the 612UA and 1018UA series universal grinding machines were joined by the development of new units designed specifically for high-output processing, such as the electronically managed automatic PO and PODM series equipped with programmable logic and direct current axis drive motors. At the end of the 70s, Tacchella Macchine S.p.A. was one of the first grinding machine manufacturers to apply and develop CNC computerized numerical control, which it used in its multiple diameter grinding machines. In the same period, the company also developed a new line of automatic broach sharpening machines, the BA and BU series. But technological advances never stop, and in the 80s the company completely renewed its production of grinding machines, increasing its CNC applications and developing dedicated software. This led to flexible, high capacity machines such as the Multigrinder series and Grindiflex line, as well as single-purpose high-output models such as the Grindiform line, which was developed chiefly for the automotive industry. Over the next decade, its unceasing attention to new manufacturing technologies led the company to revamp its entire machine lineup. This period thus gave birth to the concept behind todays Cross-flex series, a line of cylindrical grinding machines featuring a cross-feed axis layout. This was followed by the Elektra series, a line of NC or microprocessor-controlled universal grinding machines which took the market by storm as the natural technological successor to the conventional electrohydraulic machine. In 1998, the Pulsar series brought the company further luster with its use of high speed CBN grinding technology and the introduction of hydrostatic bearing systems on the machines main units. Today, the Proflex series

Mr. Giovanni Mauri, (president and founder of Brevetti Stendalto) captured this new demand, he designed and started to propose Nylon cables chains in alternative to old style steel cable chains, which were too heavy and expensive for most of the new modern automation equipment and machines. From those days, Brevetti Stendaltos cables chains are used for dynamics cables protection on all kinds of equipment around the world. The continuing evolution of Brevetti Stendalto has brought: a wide range of cables chains for all kinds applications, international patent for Robot circular chains in 1988, ISO 9001 qualification, branches in France 1998 and Germany 1999, new modern facilities in Monza, Italy and a consolidation of our international sales net in all industrialized countries. Todays Brevetti Stendalto is projecting its future in two main directions large cable chain projects and problem solving supply. For large cable chain projects, Brevetti Stendalto is approaching a leading position in this sectors with increasing demand, as offshore platforms and harbour crane equipment. To give an idea of what technological wise is reached for such applications, where the dynamic power supply heavily determine the entire project, Brevetti Stendaltos test rig, tests the cable chains at a constant speed of 8 m/s for 130 m travel. With regards to "Problem solving supply" , Brevetti Stendalto is offering a new supply concept cable chains completely finished with cables and connectors. For the customer it means reduced assembling and installation time, reduction of possible problems, which again express the philosophy of Brevetti Stendalto: Free to project.
