Aquabond® can help with its unique line of rigid, eco-safe water soluble adhesives. Whether you are bonding quartz, fused silica, Bk7, garnet, sapphire, ceramics or other single crystal hard materials, ™ has the right non-hazardous temporary adhesive at the right bonding temperature for your process with the added benefit of being environmentally friendly. Aquabond Technologies® has developed a family of unique, temporary, water soluble thermoplastic adhesives to mount or bond any materials in the semiconductor, optoelectronics, precision optics, ceramic and aerospace industries. Water at ambient temperature or below does not affect the integrity of the bond. Our bonding agents are used for temporary mounting of devices in operations such as slicing, dicing, cutting, grinding, lapping, polishing, wafer bonding, core drilling and offer numerous benefits such as: Simple removal. Debonding of parts after slicing, dicing, cutting, lapping or machining is accomplished using hot water and an AquaClean water based cleaning agent, often accompanied by ultrasonic or bubble agitation. The use of acetone or aggressive solvents and their attendant health, fire, and environmental hazards is eliminated! Sewer Disposable. With proper approvals, the spent cleaning solution can be sewer discharged. The Aquabond temporary adhesive system is unique in this respect. Improved quality and yields. High hardness and shear strength improves precision dicing, machining and cutting operations. Reducing movement of the part improves chip out quality and creates less attrition. Environmentally friendly. Debonding of devices in hot water eliminates the health and fire hazards attendant to competitive products. All Aquabond temporary adhesives are eco-safe and biodegradable. Cost effectiveness. Eliminates expensive solvents, safety and hazard costs. Other unique features: Superior Adhesion Strength Structural Stability The Reduction or Elimination of Blade Dressing Consistent, Stable Slicing and Dicing Bonds Are Rigid But Not Brittle Following a simple debonding process using Aquabond’s aqueous cleaning agent, you will find your parts are much cleaner than using a typical thermoplastic stick followed by the solvent cleaning approach. Not only is the adhesive residue removed, but also oils and particles left by other areas of your process. Afterward, the used cleaning solution can be simply sewer disposed. It does not need to be collected and further dealt with as a hazardous waste. Aquabond Technologies® has sales and service locations covering the continental United States, all of Europe, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Asia and Korea.

Milton Roy is a global manufacturer with two goals in mind: integrating its equipment into larger systems that meet the needs of local and multi-national companies in the water and wastewater treatment markets, hydrocarbon processing industries and in power generation identifying new markets and applications for its products. To satisfy both goals, Milton Roy continues to apply R&D emphasis on product developments, finding solutions to application problems through improved functional design. Key to Milton Roys success is its commitment to the customer through a global network strategically positioned around the world and providing application expertise and engineering support. Metering pumps have undergone a significant evolution since the first unit rolled off the line at Milton Roy. Most design improvements have centered on liquid end materials and configurations. More recently, enhanced pump drive mechanisms have been developed. Single and double diaphragm pumps are available with liquid end choice dependent on the need for completely isolating the liquid being pumped from the liquid end of the pump for corrosion, sanitation or contamination reasons.Design changes have also included the addition of stroke adjusters that, at any setting and at constant speed, will maintain constant flow rates within .1% of the initial stroke setting. Also, whereas Milton Roy Sheens prototypes required manual adjustment, today the pumps can be tailored for automatic operation through pneumatic or electric control. Remote stroke adjustment can also be provided via programmable controllers to maintain some desired relation to another process variable such as pH or conductivity. The automatic stroke adjustment option also provides a record of stroke settings that can prove valuable.

In the paragraphs that follow, you will begin to understand the significance and impact this new strategy will make in the lives of these great, legendary woodworking brands and what this means for our customer–the woodworker.PORTER-CABLE and DELTA began early in the 20th Century (1906 and 1919 respectively) and were direct results of fulfilling the American Dream. For both companies, the principals had one goal in mind: to provide quality tools and products that made the work of journeymen and professional craftsmen easier. Their tools were of the highest quality and reliability. It was not uncommon for a single power tool to cost a month’s wages. The added production and efficiency afforded by the innovative offerings made this a relatively easy sale. Tasks that once took weeks or months were now reduced to hours or days. DELTA and PORTER-CABLE have common roots that date back to 1960. This was the year PORTER-CABLE and DELTA became a part of the same company. The combination of PORTER-CABLE and DELTA gave the company a wealth of patents and combined intellectual property from over 50 years of excellence in woodworking power tools. Toward the end of the 1980s, there were various joint projects between the DELTA and PORTER-CABLE brands. Both brands have long been the leaders in their respective categories of stationary and bench top woodworking equipment and portable woodworking power tools. By the end of the 1990s, both companies became more closely aligned by sharing the same manufacturing and distribution facilities in Jackson, Tennessee.

While T2K distributes specialized machine tool accessories and parts, we are best known for our internationally acclaimed vision assist products. Our Mission T2K was founded with the mission to help minimize the negative aspects of using coolants, especially under high pressure, in Machining and Turning Centers. As a result, weve developed an innovative line of products that have been designed from the ground up to help machine tool users. Evolution of the Visiport The Visiport story began with T2K importing the first machine tool spin window systems into the United States. Based on designs going back to the original marine product technology first patented in 1917, and updated for use in machine tools in the 1980s, these systems were not suited for use with machine tool safety windows of composite construction. Over a quarter century of experience in this field has lead to the direct development of our successful Visiport line of spin window systems. The original patented system designed to overcome the limitations of the early machine tool products has been improved over four generations of product installed in a wide variety of machine tools from every major builder worldwide. The Visiport series of spin windows let you protect the investment of your OEM windows while providing an unprecedented level of visibility into the machining process. The Visiport series has helped thousands of customers world wide improve safety, productivity, and quality in their workplace and machining processes But were not stopping there. In keeping with our original mission, T2K is constantly looking for ways to improve our products. Future enhancements include the implementation of real-time video monitoring of machining operations, directly to your PC or CNC screen. At T2K, our goal is to help keep your vision clear.
