The company belongs to the NKT Photonics Group and is 100% owned by NKT Holding, a Danish publicly listed company. Management Team Jakob D. Skov, CEO Jakob Skov joined KOHERAS in 2001 as the CEO. He brings to KOHERAS a lot of expertise in management of hi-tech companies. Prior to joining KOHERAS Jakob held various excecutive management positions for different companies within NKT Holding. Jakob holds a Master Degree in Business Admistration from Aarhus Business University. Christian V. Poulsen, CTO In 2001 Christian joined KOHERAS from IONAS, a company under NKT holding. At IONAS Christian focused his work in single frequency fiber laser and silica on silicon planar waveguides. He holds and shares many patents within Photonics. Christian received his M.Sc. and PhD degree from the Technical University of Denmark and has been a Research Fellow at the Optoelectroncis Research Center at University of Southampton. He further holds a MBA degree focusing on Technology Companies from Copenhagen Business School. Chuong H. Tran, VP Sales & Business Development Chuong Tran joined KOHERAS in 2004 from Tellabs Denmark, where he was senior director of Sales and Product Marketing. Chuong Tran also worked at DSC Communications and Nokia prior to Tellabs as Sales and Business Development Manager. He received his M.Sc.E.E from Denmark Technical University and his MBA from Center for Management - INSEAD. Morten Vilstrup, COO Morten Vilstrup joined KOHERAS as COO in 2008 from RFS Denmark - an Alcatel Lucent company - where he was in charge of production.
