Project Name: Supply of Teaching Equipment under the Project "Improving the Quality of Teaching at Technical School No. 2 in Nowa Dęba – Equipment Purchase for Regional Smart Specialization in the Automotive Sector of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship" Procurement Number: LOT-0001 Lot Name: Part 1 – Supply of Teaching Equipment Procurement Type: Open Tender Procuring Entity: Tarnobrzeg County Implementing Unit: Technical School No. 2 in Nowa Dęba Project Location: Nowa Dęba, Tarnobrzeski District, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland Project Background and Objectives: This project is funded by EU Structural Funds, under the automotive industry direction within the "Regional Smart Specialization" strategic framework. It aims to comprehensively enhance the practical teaching capabilities of Technical School No. 2 in Nowa Dęba in automotive engineering, mechatronics, and industrial machinery specializations by introducing modern teaching equipment, bridging the gap between teaching facilities and industry technological development levels, and strengthening students' vocational skills and employment competitiveness. Procurement Category: Teaching Equipment for Industrial Machinery Equipment Types and Specification Requirements: Automotive Diagnostic and Testing Equipment: Including but not limited to engine analyzers, wheel alignment systems, emission testers, On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) simulators Automotive Maintenance Teaching and Training Benches: Gasoline/diesel engine training benches, automatic transmission training benches, ABS braking system training benches, air conditioning system training benches, steering and suspension system training benches Mechatronics Teaching Systems: PLC control training devices, pneumatic and hydraulic training systems, integrated sensor and actuator training platforms New Energy Vehicle Teaching Equipment: Electric vehicle high-voltage safety training benches, power battery management system training benches, drive motor control training benches Basic Industrial Robot Teaching Stations: Basic programming and operation training units for six-axis industrial robots, collaborative robot application development platforms Precision Measuring Instruments: Basic teaching-type coordinate measuring machines, laser alignment systems, digital universal length measuring machines CNC Machining Teaching Equipment: Small five-axis CNC machine tools, teaching-type CNC lathes, teaching-type CNC milling machines, CAD/CAM supporting software Scope of Services: Equipment Supply: Including design, manufacturing/procurement, packaging, insurance, international transport, customs clearance, inland transport, and on-site delivery Installation and Commissioning: The supplier is responsible for on-site positioning, mechanical and electrical installation, and system commissioning of all equipment to normal operating condition Training Services: Provide at least 3 working days of on-site operation training and basic maintenance training for school teachers and technical personnel; provide Chinese/English technical documentation and Polish translation support as necessary Warranty Services: Whole machine warranty period not less than 24 months, with free spare parts and remote/on-site technical support during the warranty period After-sales Response: The supplier is required to have an authorized service center or contracted service provider within Poland, with a fault response time not exceeding 48 hours Technical Documentation: Must provide complete technical manuals, operation guides, circuit diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, maintenance manuals, and compliance certification documents in Polish or English Delivery Requirements: Delivery Deadline: Complete all delivery, installation, and commissioning within 90 calendar days after contract signing Delivery Location: Designated training workshop at Technical School No. 2 in Nowa Dęba Acceptance Criteria: On-site testing and functional verification conducted by an expert team organized by the procuring entity according to EU public procurement acceptance norms and technical specifications Bidder Qualification Requirements: Bidders must be legally registered enterprises with a proven track record of supplying similar equipment within the EU. Must provide audited financial reports for the past three years, demonstrating financial capacity to perform the contract. Must hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
