Project Name: Preparation of Design Documentation for Pavement and Pedestrian-Cycle Path Construction Projects Lot Division: Divided into 5 lots. Tenderers may bid for single or multiple lots. Funding Source: EU-funded, part of the National Recovery Plan "Urban Green Transformation Investment" project. Project Overview: Preparation of design documentation for pavements and pedestrian-cycle paths along poviat roads. Specific requirements for each lot are as follows: Lot 1: Pavement design for Radzanowo – Szczytno – Mijakowo road (2942W), approx. 0.600 km long, including pedestrian crossings and hybrid solar-wind energy-saving streetlights. Lot 2: Pavement design for Gąbin – Strzemeszno road (2986W), approx. 95 meters long. Lot 3: Pavement design for Stróżewko – Rogozino road (2937W) (0.220 km) and pedestrian-cycle path design for Rogozino – Imielnica (2901W) and Rogozino – Białkowo – Szczytno (2939W) (1.355 km), including 2 pedestrian crossings with bicycle passages and energy-saving streetlights. Lot 4: Pavement design for Łąck – Władysławów road (2977W), approx. 0.750 km long, including a pedestrian crossing and 2 hybrid solar-wind energy-saving streetlights. Lot 5: Pavement design for Płock – Dobrzyków road (5206W), approx. 2.670 km long, including pedestrian crossings and hybrid solar-wind energy-saving streetlights. Contract Duration: 8 months for each lot. Tender Language: Polish Tender Platform: Online submission via https://e-propublico.pl Tender Security: Security amounts per lot: Lot 1 - 1000 PLN, Lot 2 - 200 PLN, Lot 3 - 2000 PLN, Lot 4 - 500 PLN, Lot 5 - 3000 PLN. Contract Performance Security: Required. Participation Qualification: Completion of at least 2 full design documentation sets for public roads (class Z or higher) or related pavements/bicycle paths within the last 5 years, obtaining a building permit or ZRID decision; designation of 1 road designer with unlimited road design qualifications and at least 3 years of design experience. Optional Grounds for Exclusion: Applicable are points 1, 4, and 5 of Article 109(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Exclusion Clause: Entities involved in supporting aggression against Ukraine or threatening national security, pursuant to the Act of April 13, 2022, will be excluded. Joint Bidding: Consortium bidding is allowed. A lead representative must be designated. Contract Amendments: Permitted within the scope defined in the draft contract. Platform Technical Requirements: Supports Windows 7+/Linux, latest versions of mainstream browsers, JavaScript and Cookies enabled. Maximum single file size: 150 MB. Data Protection: GDPR applies. Personal data used solely for procurement purposes, stored for 4 years after contract completion or for the contract duration. Other Notes: Tenderers must submit electronic bids via the platform using a valid electronic signature (qualified, trusted, or personal). |
